Consultation
For occupied homes includes a thorough walk through of the house — Inside, outside and
everything in between to determine: condition, repairs or changes needed, removal or addition of furnishings and more. Designer to email over detailed to do list to the homeowner as well as the realtor. Also accompanied by a home checklist which includes cleaning tips, what to do before an open house and showing as well as tons more helpful hints. This is usually emailed to the customer within 24 hours of the consultation.
Furniture Rentals
FREE Furniture rental estimates are always offered — this allows the designer to see room layouts, colours and finishing. We are able to move very quickly from this point as the designer can select all of the furnishings needed for the project according to colours, style of the house and the target market. High-end furniture rentals include everything from sofa and chairs to lamps, pictures and accessories. Thousands of items in stock at all times to fit any size projects big or small.

Consultation
We will do a thorough walk through of a client’s home to determine: the condition of each room, repairs that need to be addressed, removal and or addition of any furnishings, any purchases or rentals that may need to be made. We will take ‘before’ pictures during the walk through.
Clients will take notes as we walk together through their home with them, then sit down and prioritize projects, thus creating a ‘to do list’. The consultation will take between two to three hours to complete on an average sized home (1,000 – 2,000 square foot).
Staging
Once the to do list is completed, Restage will come back to put the finishing touches on the home to spotlight it’s positive features so it appeals to a broad range of tastes. This may involve installing rented furniture, rearranging existing furnishings, artwork, plants, lights, rugs, accessories, etc.. We will also take digital pictures to show the ‘Before’ and ‘After’ results.
